Alerts
One alert per rule per thing at a time — a listing that is out of stock for three days is one alert, not thirty-six. Acknowledge it to say you have it; resolve it when it is dealt with. Either one lets that rule speak about that listing again.
Needs attention, oldest open and paused targets are counted across every alert and every target; only the critical count follows the view selected above.
Paused monitoring
Five failures in a row pause a target, so one blocked endpoint does not turn into a blocked IP. Resuming clears the failure count and puts it back in the queue.
Every monitoring target is checking in — nothing to resume.
Worklist
Open first, then acknowledged, newest first within each. Acknowledging is what lets the same rule fire again for the same listing — while an alert is open, a repeat is suppressed on purpose.
No alert rules yet
Monitoring is still recording everything it sees — the change log on the listings screen has every price, badge and buy-box move. A rule is what turns one of those changes into something that asks for your attention: a price drop over 10%, a buy box lost, a listing that goes out of stock in any pincode.
